(a) This section applies to a deed executed under:\n(1) Acts 1973, P.L.344;\n(2) Acts 1974, P.L.159;\n(3) Acts 1977, P.L.345; or\n(4) P.L.202-1988, SECTION 1;\ncontaining a legal description of property to be conveyed by the state that does not conform with the description of the property set forth in the statute.\n(b) A deed described by this section:\n(1) conveys the property described in the deed; and\n(2) is legalized.","path":["TITLE 4.
