(a) The commissioner shall order that an environmental audit be conducted if either of the following applies:\n(1) There is reason to believe the property is contaminated.\n(2) An environmental audit is required by law.\n(b) An environmental audit must be conducted by a qualified person.\n(c) The transferring agency shall pay the cost of an environmental audit performed under this section.","path":["TITLE 4.
