If the commissioner finds that another agency cannot use the property, the property may be:\n(1) transferred to a political subdivision under section 10 of this chapter;\n(2) transferred to a public utility under section 10.5 of this chapter; or\n(3) sold under sections 11 through 16 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 4.
