In addition to any other remedy provided by law:\n(1) an agency in its own name;\n(2) an agency in the name of the state;\n(3) the attorney general in the name of the attorney general; or\n(4) the attorney general in the name of the state at the request of an agency;\nmay apply for a court order in a circuit or superior court to enforce an order issued under this article by a verified petition for civil enforcement.","path":["TITLE 4.
