The commission may do the following:\n(1) Designate and appoint members to subcommittees in accordance with section 6 of this chapter.\n(2) Transact business and enter into contracts that support the commission's purposes.\n(3) Apply for, receive, and disburse gifts, contributions, and grants of funds or in-kind services.\n(4) Adopt, rescind, and amend bylaws to regulate the conduct of the commission's business.\n(5) Assign duties to the commission's officers under the commission's bylaws.","path":["TITLE 4.
