(a) At the first official meeting of the commission each year, the members shall elect:\n(1) a member to serve as the chairperson of the commission; and\n(2) a member to serve as the vice chairperson of the commission.\n(b) A member elected to serve as chairperson or vice chairperson of the commission shall serve for a term of one (1) year. The term of office expires at the first commission meeting held in the following year.\n(c) A vacancy in the office of chairperson or vice chairperson must be filled by a member of the commission selected by vote of the remaining members of the commission.","path":["TITLE 4.
