(a) The board shall appoint a director to be the chief administrative officer of the state library.\n(b) To qualify for the position of director, a person must:\n(1) be a graduate of a college or university of recognized standing;\n(2) have had special training in the technique and organization of library service; and\n(3) possess such other qualifications as the board, in its discretion, may deem necessary.","path":["TITLE 4.
