The commission may do the following:\n(1) Request information or presentations from state agencies.\n(2) Request and review outcome data from a state agency involved in the prevention and treatment of substance abuse.\n(3) Request information from experts concerning substance abuse.\n(4) Make grants to the law enforcement training board created by IC 5-2-1-3 to carry out the purposes of the technical assistance center described in IC 5-2-21.2-6.","path":["TITLE 4.
