Each executive state agency shall do the following:\n(1) In a manner determined by the MPH, make available to the MPH the government information the MPH requires under this chapter in a nonproprietary format.\n(2) As requested by the MPH, make available personnel with technical expertise to facilitate sharing of government information.","path":["TITLE 4.
