(a) A person who knowingly:\n(1) sells a lottery ticket and is not authorized by the commission or this article to engage in such a sale; or\n(2) sells a lottery ticket at a price other than that established by the commission;\ncommits a Class A misdemeanor.\n(b) A person who knowingly sells a lottery ticket to a minor commits a Class C infraction. However, the violation is a Class A misdemeanor if the person has a prior unrelated adjudication or conviction for a violation of this section within the previous five (5) years.","path":["TITLE 4.
