(a) This section applies to an individual who:\n(1) on July 1, 2013, is a member or a full-time employee of the commission; or\n(2) after June 30, 2013, becomes employed or reemployed as a member or a full-time employee of the commission.\n(b) After June 30, 2013, a member or an employee of the commission:\n(1) is eligible for;\n(2) must participate in; and\n(3) receives the benefits of;\nthe public employees' retirement fund under IC 5-10.2 and IC 5-10.3.","path":["TITLE 4.
