{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-4-31-2.1-5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 4-31-2.1-5","heading":"\"Breeder\"","body":"Sec. 5. \"Breeder\" means any of the following:\n(1) The owner or lessee of a standardbred horse's dam at the time of breeding.\n(2) The owner or lessee of a thoroughbred horse's dam at the time of foaling for thoroughbreds. The commission shall recognize the breeder of a horse as the person designated as such on the Jockey Club Certificate of Registration for the horse.\n(3) The owner or lessee of a quarter horse's dam at the time of the dam's registration with the commission.","path":["TITLE 4.
