As used in this chapter, \"communication by other electronic means\" means communication by any electronic communication device, including any of the following:\n(1) A personal computer or other device enabling communication through the Internet.\n(2) A private network.\n(3) An interactive television.\n(4) A wireless communication technology.\n(5) An interactive computer service (as defined in IC 35-45-5-1).\n(6) Any other technology approved by the commission.","path":["TITLE 4.
