{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-4-32.3-2-24","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 4-32.3-2-24","heading":"\"Member\"","body":"Sec. 24. \"Member\" means any of the following:\n(1) An individual entitled to membership in a qualified organization under the bylaws, articles of incorporation, charter, or rules of the qualified organization.\n(2) A member of the qualified organization's auxiliary.\n(3) In the case of a qualified organization that is a public or nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12), any of the following:\n(A) A parent of a child enrolled in the school.\n(B) A member of the school's parent organization.\n(C) A member of the school's alumni association.\n(D) An employee of the school.\n(E) An officer of the school.\n(F) A student enrolled in the school.\n(4) A member of a qualified organization's board of directors or board of trustees.","path":["TITLE 4.
