(a) The commission may issue a single activity license to a qualified organization if the qualified organization:\n(1) submits an application; and\n(2) pays the required fees under IC 4-32.3-6.\n(b) A single activity license:\n(1) may authorize:\n(A) bingo;\n(B) a casino game night; or\n(C) a raffle;\nat one (1) specific time and location;\n(2) must state the:\n(A) date;\n(B) beginning times; and\n(C) ending times;\nof the authorized single activity; and\n(3) may authorize a qualified organization to sell pull tabs, punchboards, and tip boards.","path":["TITLE 4.
