(a) The commission may issue a festival license to a qualified organization if the qualified organization:\n(1) submits an application; and\n(2) pays the required fees under IC 4-32.3-6.\n(b) The license may authorize the qualified organization:\n(1) to conduct:\n(A) bingo events;\n(B) casino game nights;\n(C) raffles; and\n(D) gambling activities licensed under section 11 of this chapter; and\n(2) to sell:\n(A) pull tabs;\n(B) punchboards; and\n(C) tip boards.\n(c) The license must state the location and the dates the activities may be conducted.\n(d) A festival cannot exceed five (5) consecutive days.\n(e) A qualified organization may apply for up to three (3) festival licenses each calendar year.\n(f) Festival licenses may not be used consecutively.","path":["TITLE 4.
