The following rules apply when a patron at a casino game night deals the cards in a game of Texas hold'em poker or Omaha poker under section 11(b) of this chapter:\n(1) Patrons may take turns dealing, but a patron may not play in a hand for which the patron deals the cards.\n(2) The dealer shall submit the deck of cards to be cut to the nearest player to the right of the dealer.\n(3) A blank card must be at the bottom of the deck of cards.\n(4) The operator or a worker shall deal the cards at the final table of a tournament.","path":["TITLE 4.
