A civil penalty imposed by the commission upon a qualified organization or an individual under section 1 of this chapter may not exceed the following amounts:\n(1) One thousand dollars ($1,000) for the first violation.\n(2) Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) for the second violation.\n(3) Five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each additional violation.","path":["TITLE 4.
