A person who knowingly or intentionally:\n(1) makes a false statement on an application submitted under this article;\n(2) operates a gambling operation or a cruise in which wagering is conducted or is to be conducted in a manner other than the manner required under this article;\n(3) permits a person less than twenty-one (21) years of age to make a wager;\n(4) aids, induces, or causes a person less than twenty-one (21) years of age who is not an employee of the riverboat gambling operation to enter or attempt to enter a riverboat;\n(5) wagers or accepts a wager at a location other than a riverboat; or\n(6) makes a false statement on an application submitted to the commission under this article;\ncommits a Class A misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 4.
