A game operator may not:\n(1) advertise a paid fantasy sports contest in any publication or medium that is aimed exclusively to juveniles; or\n(2) advertise a paid fantasy sports contest or run promotional activities concerning a paid fantasy sports contest at:\n(A) elementary schools, as defined by IC 20-18-2-4;\n(B) high schools, as defined by IC 20-18-2-7; or\n(C) sports venues used exclusively for:\n(i) elementary school, as defined by IC 20-18-2-4; or\n(ii) high school, as defined by IC 20-18-2-7;\nstudent sports activities.","path":["TITLE 4.
