(a) This section applies to the licensed owner of an inland casino operated in Allen County, DeKalb County, or Steuben County under IC 4-33-6.8.\n(b) A licensed owner described in subsection (a) shall enter into a development agreement (as defined in IC 4-33-23-2) with the county in which the casino conducts gaming operations.","path":["TITLE 4.
