(a) After issuing the informational summary required under section 4(a)(2) of this chapter, and not later than April 15, 2027, the commission shall issue a final decision approving or denying each application. The final decision must include written findings explaining the decision.\n(b) The commission may:\n(1) approve only one (1) application under subsection (a); and\n(2) deny all of the filed applications if the commission determines that none of the applications serve the interests of the state.","path":["TITLE 4.
