(a) This article does not prohibit a licensed owner or an operating agent from entering into an agreement with a school approved by the commission for the training of an occupational licensee.\n(b) Training offered by a school described in subsection (a) must be:\n(1) in accordance with a written agreement between the licensed owner or operating agent and the school; and\n(2) approved by the commission.","path":["TITLE 4.
