(a) This article does not prohibit a permit holder that is issued a license from entering into an agreement with a school approved by the commission for the training of an occupational licensee.\n(b) Training offered by a school described in subsection (a) must be:\n(1) in accordance with a written agreement between the licensee and the school; and\n(2) approved by the commission.","path":["TITLE 4.
