(a) The problem gambling program fund is established. The fund shall be administered by the commission.\n(b) The fund consists of the fees collected and retained by the commission under section 2 of this chapter.\n(c) Money in the fund may be used only for the purpose of the commission's own efforts at preventing and treating compulsive gambling.\n(d) Money in the fund is continuously appropriated for the purposes of the fund.\n(e) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund.","path":["TITLE 4.
