(a) To carry out the purposes described in section 1 of this chapter, the office of rural affairs may:\n(1) execute contractual agreements;\n(2) receive money from any source;\n(3) expend money for an activity appropriate to the purposes of this chapter; and\n(4) execute agreements and cooperate with:\n(A) any other state or federal department or agency;\n(B) Indiana political subdivisions; or\n(C) any private person or corporation.\n(b) The office of rural affairs shall:\n(1) develop and direct policy;\n(2) coordinate administrative techniques; and\n(3) provide assistance;\nto carry out the purposes of the Indiana main street program.","path":["TITLE 4.
