(a) Each community development corporation or community based organization shall annually:\n(1) evaluate the individual development accounts administered by the community development corporation or community based organization; and\n(2) submit a report containing the evaluation information to the authority.\n(b) Two (2) or more community development corporations or community based organizations may work together in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 4.
