As used in this chapter, \"eligible broadband service\" means a connection to the Internet that provides an actual speed of at least:\n(1) one thousand (1,000) megabits per second downstream with respect to grants awarded under section 9(b)(1) or 9(b)(2) of this chapter; or\n(2) one hundred (100) megabits per second downstream and at least twenty (20) megabits per second upstream with respect to grants awarded under section 9(b)(3) or 9(b)(4) of this chapter;\nregardless of the technology or medium used to provide the connection.","path":["TITLE 4.
