As used in this chapter, \"public school corporation\" means either of the following:\n(1) A local public school corporation established under Indiana law, including a:\n(A) school city;\n(B) school town;\n(C) metropolitan school district;\n(D) consolidated school corporation;\n(E) county school corporation;\n(F) community school corporation; and\n(G) united school corporation.\n(2) A charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4).","path":["TITLE 4.
