(a) As used in this chapter, \"rural health clinic\" means a building that is:\n(1) located in a rural area;\n(2) owned or operated by a health care entity (as defined in IC 25-26-14-6); and\n(3) used primarily to provide diagnostic, medical, surgical, dental, or rehabilitative care.\n(b) The term does not include a pharmacy or wholesale drug distributor.","path":["TITLE 4.
