(a) The attorney general may execute a data sharing agreement with the:\n(1) department of state revenue;\n(2) office of the secretary of family and social services;\n(3) bureau of motor vehicles; and\n(4) department of workforce development.\n(b) The state Medicaid fraud control unit may analyze and review data received under subsection (a) to carry out its duties under section 1.5 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 4.
