(a) This section applies after December 31, 2026.\n(b) It is a violation of this chapter if a person:\n(1) without exercising reasonable care, submits a registration statement required to be filed under this chapter that is materially incorrect;\n(2) fails to file a corrected registration statement or report after being requested to do so by the attorney general; or\n(3) fails to make a filing required by section 9 or 10 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 4.
