(a) A designation under section 13 of this chapter remains in effect until rescinded by the governor.\n(b) The governor shall rescind a designation under section 13 of this chapter only if:\n(1) the governor determines that the designation was erroneous; or\n(2) the governor determines that the actions of the person or entity that support the designation occurred more than five (5) years ago.","path":["TITLE 4.
