As used in this chapter, \"agent of a covered foreign principal\" means a person who meets all of the following:\n(1) A person who either:\n(A) is an agent, a representative, an employee, or a servant; or\n(B) acts in any capacity at the order, request, or under the direction or control;\nof a covered foreign principal.\n(2) A person whose activities are directly or indirectly financed in whole or in part by a covered foreign principal.\n(3) A person who engages in political activity on behalf of a covered foreign principal in Indiana.","path":["TITLE 4.
