(a) The board may adopt the bylaws and rules it considers necessary for the proper conduct of its duties and the safeguarding of the funds and property entrusted to its care.\n(b) The board shall, without complying with IC 4-22-2, adopt the code of ethics in executive order 05-12 for its members and employees.","path":["TITLE 5.
