The office of management and budget shall in 2023 do the following:\n(1) Conduct a review of:\n(A) the structures and improvement that have been financed and constructed under this chapter;\n(B) the amount of:\n(i) the gross retail incremental amounts and income tax incremental amounts remitted for purposes of IC 4-10-23; and\n(ii) the motorsports admissions fees that have been remitted under IC 6-8-14;\n(C) the amount and terms of outstanding debt issued by the authority under this chapter; and\n(D) the status, economic impact, and viability of the qualified motorsports facility.\n(2) Before November 1, 2023, submit a copy of the review conducted under subdivision (1) to the budget committee and to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 5.
