(a) For the purposes of this chapter, the authority shall divide the state of Indiana into study areas.\n(b) Each study area created under this section must consist of multiple counties. In selecting the counties to comprise each study area, the authority may consider similarities among the counties in:\n(1) the watersheds in which they are located;\n(2) the water sources that are available in them; and\n(3) any other factors the authority considers relevant.","path":["TITLE 5.
