(a) All bonds, notes, evidences of indebtedness, leases, or other written obligations issued or executed under this article by or in the name of the:\n(1) IFA;\n(2) NWIRDA; and\n(3) NICTD;\nbefore April 30, 2019, are hereby legalized and declared valid.\n(b) Any pledge, dedication or designation of revenues, conveyance, or mortgage securing the bonds, notes, evidences of indebtedness, leases, or other written obligations issued or executed under this article by or in the name of the:\n(1) IFA;\n(2) NWIRDA; and\n(3) NICTD;\nbefore April 30, 2019, are hereby legalized and declared valid.\n(c) Any resolutions adopted, proceedings had, and actions taken under this article by the:\n(1) IFA;\n(2) NWIRDA; and\n(3) NICTD;\nbefore April 30, 2019, under which the bonds, notes, evidences of indebtedness, leases, or other written obligations were or will be issued or under which the pledge, dedication or designation of revenues, conveyance, or mortgage was or will be granted are hereby legalized and declared valid.","path":["TITLE 5.
