(a) The retirement plans covered by this chapter are:\n(1) The state excise police, gaming agent, gaming control officer, and conservation officers' retirement plan, established under IC 5-10-5.5.\n(2) The public employees' retirement fund, established under IC 5-10.3-2.\n(3) The trust fund and pension trust of the department of state police, established under IC 10-12-2.\n(4) The Indiana state teachers' retirement fund, established under IC 5-10.4-2.\n(5) The Indiana judges' retirement fund, established under IC 33-38-6.\n(6) The police officers' and firefighters' pension and disability fund established under IC 36-8-8-4.\n(b) As used in this chapter, \"board\" means both of the following:\n(1) The board of trustees of the Indiana public retirement system.\n(2) The board of trustees of the state police pension trust.","path":["TITLE 5.
