(a) As used in this chapter, \"business\" means any of the following that exist for profit making purposes:\n(1) A sole proprietorship.\n(2) An organization.\n(3) An association.\n(4) A corporation.\n(5) A partnership.\n(6) A joint venture.\n(7) A limited partnership.\n(8) A limited liability partnership.\n(9) A limited liability company.\n(10) A business association.\n(b) The term includes all wholly owned subsidiaries, majority owned subsidiaries, parent businesses, and affiliates of such entities or business associations that exist for profit making purposes.","path":["TITLE 5.
