As used in this chapter, \"social development company\" means a company whose primary purpose in Sudan is to provide humanitarian goods or services, including:\n(1) medicine or medical equipment;\n(2) agricultural supplies or infrastructure;\n(3) educational opportunities;\n(4) journalism related activities;\n(5) information or informational materials;\n(6) spiritual related activities;\n(7) services that are clerical or reporting in nature;\n(8) food;\n(9) clothing; or\n(10) general consumer goods that are unrelated to oil related activities, mineral extraction activities, or power production activities.","path":["TITLE 5.
