(a) A person who has failed to comply with a civil investigative demand is subject to sanctions under Trial Rule 37 to the same extent as a person who has failed to cooperate in discovery.\n(b) A person who objects to a civil investigative demand issued under this chapter may seek a protective order in accordance with Trial Rule 26(C).","path":["TITLE 5.
