As used in this chapter, \"report\" includes any annual or other report that a public agency:\n(1) voluntarily; or\n(2) under a statutory directive;\nsubmits to the entire membership of the general assembly, the legislative services agency, the legislative council, or a committee established under IC 2-5-1.3-4.
