(a) The oversight committee shall require use of archival materials, processes, and standards for records that the administration determines should be preserved indefinitely.\n(b) The oversight committee may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary for the performance of its duties, consistent with this chapter and other applicable Indiana laws.","path":["TITLE 5.
