As used in this chapter, \"criminal justice services and activities\" means programs that assist:\n(1) law enforcement agencies;\n(2) courts;\n(3) correctional facilities;\n(4) programs that offer probation services;\n(5) community corrections programs; and\n(6) public safety programs;\nwith individuals who have a history of substance use and who are suspected of having committed a felony or misdemeanor, have been charged with a felony or misdemeanor, or have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor.","path":["TITLE 5.
