A tribal police officer with police powers may:\n(1) make an arrest;\n(2) conduct a search or a seizure of a person or property;\n(3) carry a firearm; and\n(4) exercise other police powers with respect to the enforcement of Indiana laws.\nNothing in this section affects the authority of a tribal police officer to enforce tribal laws.","path":["TITLE 5.
