(a) As used in this section, \"division\" refers to the victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute established under section 8 of this chapter as:\n(1) amended by P.L.2-1995; and\n(2) in effect through June 30, 2024.\n(b) The division continues to exist to:\n(1) exercise any power; and\n(2) carry out any duty;\ngranted to or imposed upon the division by statute or a rule adopted under IC 4-22-2.","path":["TITLE 5.
