As used in this chapter, \"domestic violence prevention and treatment center\" means an organized entity:\n(1) established by:\n(A) a city, town, county, or township; or\n(B) an entity exempted from the gross retail tax under IC 6-2.5-5-25(a)(1)(B); and\n(2) created to provide services to prevent and treat domestic or family violence.","path":["TITLE 5.
