(a) This section applies to the purchase of petroleum products by:\n(1) a board of aviation commissioners under IC 8-22-2;\n(2) an airport authority under IC 8-22-3; or\n(3) a port authority organized under IC 8-10-5.\n(b) A purchasing agent may make a special purchase of petroleum products if the petroleum products are for resale to the general public.","path":["TITLE 5.
