(a) Except as provided in section 12 of this chapter, a person that is placed on the list is considered nonresponsible for purposes of:\n(1) submitting an offer in response to a solicitation;\n(2) submitting a bid, offer, or proposal relating to a public works project; or\n(3) otherwise entering into or renewing a contract to provide supplies or services;\nwith the state or a political subdivision.\n(b) Except as provided in section 12 of this chapter, a person's status as nonresponsible under this chapter ends when the person's name is removed from the list.","path":["TITLE 5.
